Do you blame landlords or renters for evictions?

It's biblical to hate landlords. I think it's subtle antisemitism- but thats a long story.

Some landlords evict renters because they are selling their property and need them out and there re other ressons. However most evictions afor non payment of rent

It must be judged on a case by case basis, but in the vast majority of cases it is the renter who is at fault.

It can go either way. Most cases I have heard it is the renters though.
