Have people ever die during driving lesson when they are driving on high way?

Everything is possible, but you are driving with your teacher and thats someone who spends his entire life driving and following 100% the rules of traffic.

So you are the most safe.

Its more likely to have an accident AFTER you passed and are driving the very first time without supervision.

(Also all this may varry depending on the country, i can only tell you how it is here in germany)

Unfortunately yes. There has been fatal crashes involving that. But it’s not common
