What do you think of premonitions that come true? How do you explain them?

I was watching a true crime show and a 14 year old girl who was watching her young sister walk away and when she turned a corner and left her sight, the 14 year old felt horror and a lump in her throat, even though she saw nothing. Her sister was kidnapped minutes later and murdered.

Or when one twin gets hurt and the other twin (or even a parent feels some sort of dread).

Or, people who have premonitions about dying a certain way, then do so, such as actress Natalie Wood who always feared drowning, then died that way.

There must be a rational, scientific answer. We just haven't discovered it yet.

It's kind of like a miracle. There are some things science and reason just can and never will be able to explain.

I do believe in premonitions and they scare me.

My mother had a friend and they spent a lot of time without speaking. Then one day he called her and he said "you're only going to call me when I'm dead". I was in the same room as she so I heard him saying that. He passed away a week later.

More recently, I was in the living room by myself and I remembered the last time I saw a man who used to be my neighbor. I remembered the conversation we had and him saying goodbye. 3 days later my mother told me that he died. It was so creepy!

I wish I knew why these things happen but I guess we will never be able to explain it.

There are things that exist in the universe that we cannot detect with our senses. Every once in a while we get a glimpse of something that we cannot explain.
