This is a good question.
I do not switch to my native language since I speak it all the time.
HOWEVER, I will revert to my native accent though (which I also find that I am doing more and more anyway as I am getting older).
For instance, I am a native New Yorker. I was born in New York City and grew up on Long Island so I have a more-or-less natural (but not very strong) New York accent. I will say "cawfee" or "dawg" or "aw-fiss" for "coffee" or "dog" or "office" as a native NYer
.
But, when I became an adult and moved to upstate NY for college, the NY accent is considerably diluted (but not completely gone) by the people who live there. I have lived in many places and my accent and vocabulary switches based on where I am. For instance, I now live in Missouri and my wife is a native Missourian. To her, we "warsh the dishes" and the capital of the USA is "Warshington DC". So, I will often say these things too. And, I usually say "dog", "coffee", and "office" now using the standard "TV anchor" American accent...
... BUT, if I get close to NYC or get very emotional, I will switch back to my native NYer accent.
No. But I have been told by strangers that I get very Scottish when I'm mad or excited. Like they guess I'm Scottish - I have the ancestry, but I don't speak much Scottish. I know a few words of Gaelic. Maybe it's something in phrasing or gesturing that I picked up from the parents - and they picked it up from their first gen Scottish family. I don't think I suddenly start talking with the accent or anything, unless I'm doing it for emphasis or to do a voice on purpose. I do swear, but it's in a bunch of different languages, depending on who's around.
I speak 3 languages fluently, and I mainly swear in English when I’m texting. When I’m speaking, it’s a different story. Depends on the cuss words. Some words just fit some languages and phrases while others don’t. My cousin understands all the languages I speak, but only speaks English, Spanish and French fluently, so when I’m conversing with her, I stick to cuss words in English. (I don’t speak Spanish or French)
From what I have seen, people tend to reverse to whatever language they are currently most in touch with when they are extremely flustered. My mom's native language is a Philippine dialect, but when she gets really excited she ends up speaking in English even if she is talking to someone who speaks the same language as her.

Nope I swear mostly in German (2nd (language) or in English (3rd language)
I also think and talk in those both of the mentioned above
I rarely use my mother's language
Welsh doesn't have any good swear words. Their either phonetic versions of English ones or sound like they were dreamt up by a 6 year old choir boy. If you want to let rip and not sound like a children's cartoon character then you have to swear in English
I do it by level fitness
I belive every curse word has its place and time, and hardness level so use the right one depending on the need in any langrage I speak
English is my second language but it's the language I primarily use. So I swear in that.
I only use my native language to swear if I want to cuss out a person to their face without them knowing what I'm saying :)
I'm not fluent in any language other than English, but when I swear it's always in german. We have some really, really close german friends, from since young childhood, and the mom especially left a considerable impression.
Depends on who I'm around. Usually I'll curse in German if it's outside of casual dialog, it adds a bit of an extra oomph to it.
In high school I used to curse in German because of my friends dad who taught me some swear words, but then one semester we got a German teacher...that I didn't know was German, and I cursed one day in her class (not at her thankfully) and her head popped up, and I was like that little video where it's like "oh no...oh no...oh no no no no no!" Got in trouble for that one.
I mainly spew profanities in Italian, a language in which I do not even have a cursory conversational grasp. It is my maternal grandmother's doing.
That's the opportunity you have to use those few words you can in other languages that you can't speak like finnish.
I swear in several other languages. All of which I learned early on. Funny how you pick up curse words the easiest.
I speak two native languages and it depends. Some swear words fit better to one language than another.
i go batshit crazy and use my potty mouth in all of the languages i can somewhat speak
I don't speak well of my native language but there is a saying that goes to curse well always use a language you are good with and that person doesn't understand
I do not use foul language. Why would I swear in any language?
No. Usually when I'm angry I swear in English and it's not my native language.
Most people I know who speak multiple languages do this
Sometimes, I revert to French or Michif so nobody knows I am swearing.
I do mix my languages in any context and sometimes people dont speak all the languages I speak and they were like whattttt
At home, YES. We speak Polish at home anyways, so it just happens without me even thinking about it
I don't usually swear in anger but when it does come out it's 50/50 if it'll be English or Swedish
I swear in all the languages I speak 🥴😂
