Have you ever told someone you werent into a certain habit and then their defense statement was still apart of that habit?

For example, I used to say to dudes, “oh Im not into dudes that smoke.” Some would be like “Yea i would never smoke, but I like to have a cigar on occasion.” Or “Oh I don’t smoke, I just do hookah at parties.” Or “Oh I don’t smoke but I love me some weed.” Lmao like mf do you not understand the words that are coming out of my mouth? 🤣 I guess some people assume smoking just means cigarettes. If you puff puff passing, you smoking. Hell if you eating edibles, thats even smoking in my book. A cigar on occasion means you’re smoking even if on occasion lmao. I remember one dude used to say “I would never smoke or touch a cigarette but i like the smokeless e-cigs” 💀😂 Okay so because its smokeless you smoke-free? Nahh patna! Thats like the people who say “I ain’t bi/gay but I also won't turn down some head from (the same sex).” What do these folks be thinking? Is there some new definitions in urban dictionary or something? #FeelFreeToList
