Looks like it. Even slim people can get them from fast weight loss or from fast growth spurts during puberty. Women generally get them after pregnancies.

yup. the quality kind of sucks so maybe it's imprints from her pants that slid down a bit. but pretty sure it's stretch marks.

Definitely stretch marks, and almost certainly from a pregnancy (perhaps more than one). It's not uncommon at all.
