If you already said ''not interested'' and they still keep calling, is that a good reason to block them?

I've already told this guys twice that he's not my type and I'm not interested. He kept texting why, not to give up too fast, we can still try and continue trying to rebuttal. Then he called 4 times.

I've blocked him by then. Wouldn't that be a good reason to block someone?
