I dont want to talk to him because of how he treated me. Whenever I back away from him, he tries to make me feel some type of way

If they don't want to talk and they ignore you, are they even a friends with benefits? Sounds really bad, I definitely would block them if I was you. Do not do friends with benefits it is a horrible setup!
