Bathroom. In real estate jargon, and also official terminology for county records, it's a bathroom even if it doesn't have a bathtub or shower. With no bathtub or shower, it would be called a half bath. With a shower with no tub, it might be called a 3/4 bath.
From what I can see, that’s what I call a Lavatory. (because it has a sink)
It might, however, be what I call a Bathroom. (if it has a bath)
Or, if this is a Manhattan efficiency apartment, it might just be “the room.” ;)

Unless there's a bath or shower behind the person taking the picture, I call that a powder room.
At home I call it the bathroom out in public I call it the Restroom. 💞
