Method Man wouldn’t even show up for his hook🤣 Anyway, I have not milked a cow, BUT, I did go like elbow deep into a cow’s stomach. Not “the hard way”, lmao, but there was a cow on the animal farm we had at my college, and it had hole cut in its side with a setup basically like a gas cap, you could open it up and reach into one of the six stomachs it was connected to (called the “rumen”, FYI), and you could legit just pull out a handful of partially digested food. Why on Earth they do this and how the cow doesn’t even seem to care is beyond my understanding. But I’d take a crack at milking one, I guess.  I always wonder who was the first sicko to milk an animal and drink it, lmao. Also wonder if they drank it themselves or just got a dumb friend to take that test drive😂

I've done it before, a long time ago. No, it's not as easy as you might think. If someone doesn't show you how to do it, you probably won't have much luck. Plus it will piss off the cow and they'll kick over the bucket, or kick you instead.

There's a trick to it and it takes some practice. I manged to get some milk, but didn't do enough to get good at it. I doubt if a beginner could completely milk a cow without resting. Even a veteran would probably get tired real fast if they hadn't done it in a while.

I used to live in a farm for when I was younger and my grandparents had cows and other animals.
Funny, because I’m currently in Tanzania and one thing we wants to do was visit a farm. Maybe I’ll try the cow milking thing

If you mean real cows, I never tried, but according some witnesses, milking by hand correctly a cow, without hurting the animal, is not that easy. Jerking myself is far easier because I know the procedures ;0)

yes, I spent a lot of time on my grandfather's farm and helped with chores often. he had 42 Holsteins. I would carry milk pails when I was strong enough to get them off of the ground.

Actually I have milked a cow. Every summer as children we went to my Father’s hometown. Milking cows and gathering eggs are just a couple of things we did. We never killed a chicken, but I saw it done!
