Yes and no. The neighbourhood kids make more noise than the neighbourhood dogs do. But we do have next door neighbours who’s dog I think is in heat and often they let them out and they loop around and shit in our yard. And my poor boy is going crazy because their female must be in heat

Had. Some dumbass moved in with what he referred to as a trained guard dog, while having a no-pets clause in the contract. The damned dog barked practically 24 hours a day, because he was „guarding“ the apartment. The dumbass was thrown out after three months. I pity his current neighbors.

Not really but 1 neighbor does have cats running wild around the neighborhood which wouldn't be so bad if not for the ripped open trash cans and them eating my other neighbors ac unit wires and sleeping in his trucks engine when he turned the truck on rip the trucks engine
