What kind of parent lets their 16 year old vape?

In turn one can ask what kind of parent controls there adult/almost adult kid. If they were 12 the point would make more sense, but at 16?
16 here you are either in collage or working etc and you expect a parent to control what they are doing? Seems to me like it's none of their business.

Not in England lol. Not in many other countries either and I am sure there has to some states that think alike but can't say on that one for sure.
But suffice to say I don't agree with the premise they shouldn't be allowed to do it because it's their life at that age they should be fully capable of choosing and knowing it's bad for them.
