I see many people just stay in their boring life. It’s like as if they know that they will be even more bored if they try to get out?

Optimism can help you see the light at the end of a tunnel, not having a achievable set of concurrent goals can have a person feel stuck as if things will never change even if you know this is simply not true.


Changing your environment or income can drastically open up or close options to explore.


For example moving from a small town to a city will give you more access to different.


Learn a skill or pick up a hobby and engulf yourself into the communities related, such as piano playing.


Boring isn't bad but it's important to realize its a choice not a default setting
