Never, in fact I used to have a bank account that had a couple of hundred dollars in it that I forgot about when I moved. The bank has long since disappeared.

Yes as I bought a new car. I had exact sum of money for the purchase, insurance and administrative stuff but didn't thought about winter wheels. It was winter.
