I did when cheques were a thing. I haven't written or used cheques since 2000s. I also still have an overdraft but haven't used it since before 2000.

Twice in thirty years and the last one wasn’t really my fault. I accidentally paid three bills twice due to the bank not showing they were going to be paid.

No I was taught at young age to track what I spend it help a lot.
