If you want to be a professional pilot you need a class 1 medical. For just private flying a class 3(easier) or even "basic med" will work, and those are very easy to pass.

Most people who want to be pilots get their medical certificate very early to find out if there are any issues.

LASIK doesn’t effect anything. Your eyes change shape at different heights though, in a pressurized cabin you’ll be fine. Just don’t try rock climbing, you’ll go temporarily blind until your eyes return to their original shape.

Yes. The FAA requires that civil airmen with refractive surgical procedures (e. g., PRK, LASIK) discontinue flying until their eyecare specialist has determined that their vision is stable and there are no significant adverse effects or complications

I think you would not be able to be a military pilot but you could get a private pilot's licesnse.

I really do not know. I tried to be an Air Force pilot and the eye test was really strict.
