What happens when an eye surgeon performance LASIK eye surgery or any eye surgery on a very high myopia patient?

I'm trying to get eye surgery done, but I'm a very high myopia patient with minus 13 in one eye and minus 14 in the other eye, which requires very high prescription glasses. What will happen if a surgeon does LASIK eye surgery or any type of eye surgery on very high myopia eyes like -13, -14?

The object is to get my vision to 20/20 uncorrected vision and 20/20 corrected vision.
