Would you want a job as a lighthouse keeper?

Most lighthouses are automated now, but say there is a particular one that is frightening, especially when big storms hit. What if someone made it a Tik Tok challenge? Survive a night in a lighthouse in a category 5 Hurricane. Would you take the challenge?

Probably since things can be autonomous and we can create programs that make things run and generators to keep things on. It’s not back in the day where you had to be in there to light the torch. It could be a lot different..

Also no, anyone who does tic tok challenges proves why survival of the fittest and only the strong survive. Not because they are actually strong now a days, but smart and can be use common sense when not to do something stupid.

Call me the keeper of the light & as for me I’m always up for a challenge. As for hurricanes although I have had my fair share of them a Cat 5 would suck so bring your kite your coming with me.

Oh I would be outta there if there was a category 5 hurricane bearing down on the lighthouse. It’s not like there’s gonna be anyone around to tell my lighthouse supervisor that I wasn’t in the lighthouse during my shift. Plus, if a ship crashes during the category 5 hurricane because the lighthouse wasn’t on autopilot like I left it, it’s on them for joyriding around in a ship during a hurricane.

Definitely. It would help me with my writing. That would be a great atmosphere to write a novel in. A horror novel especially. A spooky atmosphere is always great for writing.

Plus, I'd be alone, so I'd have peace away from stupid people!
