I am so alone. I am depressed and lonely and have no friends or significant other. What is wrong with me that makes me so lonely in life?

If you're depressed go to psychiatrist. Best decision I've ever made. start putting yourself out there, go to places, reach out to people. One change at a time. Stop wondering what's wrong with you, start wondering how could you better yourself and your life. I spent more than 10 years being miserable shithead, I now, am less miserable shithead (tho still a little miserable, it's a slow process lol). And get a therapist, I owe my better life quality to my therapist, she's the third therapist I had and I didn't click with first two, no problem, that happens all the time. But don't sit there and be miserable, do SOMETHING, it's not gonna get better with you just sitting there in your self pity and misery. It's gonna take a looong time to notice the difference, bit when you do, you'll wish you started your journey earlier

Sometimes we as people think that we deserve these type of things. I’m not gonna be the person to tell you it’s gonna get better without any self awareness. Be friendly and try to make friends everyday is a new day and money comes and goes. The only thing we can never get back is time and maybe virginity 😂. But that’s the fun thing about life sometimes it sucks and another times it’s beautiful. I would go out club for a bit meet people and do something for you. Don’t live a work based life. Be out there. Put yourself out there. Everything will come when it is it’s time. I hope the best for you.
