I love going to the beach with my family when it gets hot outside, swimming and floating around on the water. Lazy days hiding from the sun as well, especially in hammocks.
I don't like the bugs, horse flies, deer flies, and musquitoes get insane down here, right now the termite clouds just started dying down, but they looked like snow at night on the highway. The heat can get brutal, but that's to be expected, no campaigns against bugs have ever worked, the only outcome I've seen is less lightning bugs since I was a kid.

I used to not mind the heat at all. I didn't even think about it.
I spent the first 46 years of my life near the beach in SoCal, so there wasn't much humidity. I HATE humidity.
I love the beach. I used to spend most of the summer there surfing and partying.
The thing I dislike most about summer now, though, is the heat. And where I live now, in the western Sierra Nevada foothills, it's also dry all summer. I would prefer some rain showers every once in a while like in Hawaii.
What I like about summer now is
Girls in bikinis!
Kayaking
Pontoon boating
Swimming
Cookouts
Camping in the mountains or along the coast
All the festivals and events that happen during summer
Ice cream
Love the warm weather and ability to grow loads of flowers and vegetables.
But when it's TOO HOT... well, that makes the going outside difficult. Have to live for the mornings and evenings... Still, the high clouds, balmy breezes and clear weather are invigorating. It's the season of green, vacation and swimming... tennis... house fixing. All some of my favorite things.
People watching - just so much more enjoyable during the summer, everyone is out and happy. Other than that I'm a cold climate person - give me that cold weather please.

I hate it when
- It's hot enough to cause a heat stroke indoors AND i am not in a cool environment (e. g. no AC unit)
- Tanning
- Sweating without even trying, which can be totally mitigated by being on the beach
- Mosquitoes!
I am pretty much the same. Love getting out on the water. It's very peaceful and I use it to reset/recenter myself.
I don't mind cooling off by just swimming, but I am more the explorer type, so I often take my snorkeling gear and/or my SCUBA gear and check out the fish or nearby wreck.
There's nothing to do around where I live. I will probably wait impatiently for autumn to arrive. I used to go swimming in the summer when I had friends. It gets too hot outside anyway.
I'm just going to chill in my house until summer passes.
Summers here are insanely hot. 40°C or more. That's problematic where the concept of public decency apparently doesn't apply to summer clothing. It ranges from distracting to disgusting. And certain styles definitely need a size limit imposed.
And in no way am I saying this about one gender or the other. Nobody needs to see a 4' 11" 300lb guy in a Speedo. And if his boobs are bigger than hers he needs a shirt.
I'm much happier with winter. Preferably deep snow.Summer is my favorite season because it's always sunny and I'm off of school for three months
hate
mosquitoes, heat and sweating (last 5 years temperatures got insane, peaking 40°C sometimes), lying in bed in your sweat, water scarcity, public swimming lakes/pools are packed, mass tourism and travel higher prices (high season)
like
visiting the beach, mountain hiking and other activities there, bbq time, being able to sit outside in bar terraces
Where I live now summers are so hideously hot and humid for me. With high humidity the temperature can be 120 degrees Plus. I grew up in an area the temperature could get quite hot during the summer but no humidity. Where I grew up you could tuck into the shade and feel about 20° cooler. Where I live now go in the shade and you still feel the heat from the humidity.
Hot and humid weather is by far the worst part.
I love the surfing and meeting new people on the beach.
I dislike the obnoxious drunks and idiots who ignore the signs and park on my property anyway. The tow company, however, does like the latter.I love having an opportunity to see so many pairs of sexy bare feet, but I don't like the huge crowds and long lines.
cookouts, the 4th of July, days at the beach, long days and warm nights, birds and bunny rabbits, fresh fruits and vegetable's, girls in bikinis- what's not to like?
As the picture suggest girls with more sexy clothes in the summer, but it gets too hot here.
Like: Nothing.
Dislike: It's fucking hot.
Like: The girls were skimpy outfits
Dislike: They wear skimpy outfits because it's 100 fucking degreesThe humidity is what I hate along with the flies especially with water around. Things I like are swimming outside if the water is cold and girls in bikinis and barbeque cookouts.
Bugs, mosquitoes, sand fleas, too much humidity. On the other hand, there are a lot of women on the beach who look similar to you, so that makes up for it !!
Same stuff actually but sunburn is what I dont like. I'm pretty Caucasian. Scuba your under water so you don't get burnt other than the legs on the boat ride.
Best thing about Summer: Using less clothes, see more attractive people, eat more delicious and refreshing foods, like ice cream
Worst thing about Summer: The excessive heat, insects, specially mosquitos and flies
Like another guy said ---- bikinis.
