I doubt you are "antisocial" in the clinical sense. So, whoever said that of you likely does not know what it truly means as evidenced by some of the other posts saying that you don't like to socialize.

Antisocial implies an active dislike of other people and being around them - someone who is antisocial will, in a sense, really not like other people.
