I don't know the history of Canada well. As far as I know the French "took" portions of modern day Canada from the natives. Then the British "took" it from France. And of course parts of it were claimed by the US, Russia and maybe some others (Denmark maybe?).
France sold the Louisiana Territory to the US. I think Canada/Britain may have been involved in that. For sure part of that territory was in modern Canada. Some parts of that territory had been colonized by French Canadians who fled to that area when the British took over French Canada ( which is why many people still speak a dialect of French there ). But that was in the modern US, not Canada.
All of the Americas were new territory and up for grabs by the Europeans, and to a much lesser degree east Asians. By WW1, the boundaries were pretty well established in most of N America. As far as I know Canada was under the British crown at that time. When Britain joined WW1, the Canadians were automatically brought into the war, along with other commonwealth countries.
There was no "taking" that I'm aware of. Although I'm not sure when or how the Russian claims along the west coast of N America were resolved. The US eventually got Alaska, but I don't know about the west coast of Canada.
I don't know the history well. So half of what I said might be wrong.
I live in Canada. Never heard of this. But found an article about that doesn't say anything about Canada being recontrolled by Britain.
What?
Did Britania take Canada again in world war 1?
Like it did in older times?
I have no idea what you’re asking
Did UK take Canada back in World War I?
No..
Why does pictures on internet show that Canada is owned by UK in world war 1?
So these pictures are incorrect then?

UK didn't own Canada in 20st century?
I have no idea, Canada has been independent since 1867. They were considered part of the British commonwealth, but still independent
