I figured, when I am really in an awful situation when there doesnโt seem to be any nice solutions and when I figure I am totally messed, walking helps me, I find myself walking in the city or around the lake and figuring the ways how to solve that problem or how to face the results if that problem canโt be solved.
I find that good because the more stressed I am the more I walk around the city and at least, on a positive note, it helps me keep my body toned.
Usually you can tell how stressful the problem is by looking at my pedometer records lol
