Focus only on what is within your control. That way, you can start measuring progress. When we focus on other people's choices, we just end up frustrated (focusing on what we believe they should do rather than what they are doing).
If you have lemons, make lemonade. You can work yourself into a tizzy, because it is raining, or you can go outside and dance in the rain. Rather than worry about a test, prepare yourself for it.
Focus on what you do want rather than what you don't want... appreciate the positive rather than be critical of the negative. Whatever direction we face is generally the direction we go.
If you are procrastinating or feeling overwhelmed, it's probably because you are viewing something too large to handle. Break it down into smaller pieces, and everything can be addressed productively. You can go crazy figuring out how many marbles can fill a room, or you can figure out how many cubic feet of space is in that room, fill a 1 cubic foot box with marbles, count the marbles in the box and then multiply that number by the number of cubic feet in the room.
Deep breathing: Take slow, deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth to calm your body and mind.
Exercise: Physical activity releases endorphins that can reduce stress and boost your mood.
Mindfulness: Paying attention to the present moment without judgment can help you feel more centered and calm.
Problem-solving: Breaking down the problem into smaller parts and coming up with a plan can help you feel more in control.
Seeking support: Talking to a trusted friend, family member, or mental health professional can provide emotional support and help you gain perspective on the situation.
Remember that different techniques work for different people, and it may take some trial and error to find what works best for you. Additionally, it's important to practice self-care and prioritize your mental and physical health to prevent stress from accumulating in the first place.
I sleep whenever i am in stress. And when i wakeup i feel better than i drink a cup of tea or coffee and then think about solution.

For myself-
I become confused. I talk with my friends about other topics and get back to my stress situation. I even get really high anxiety for my situations as well. Until I feel like the situation is under somewhat control.
I think this is due to my habit of reaching perfectionism. Which is not a real thing. No matter how hard you try.
For others-
I am able to guide them through their stress situations pretty easily, and bluntly. Sugar coating does nothing but delay the feared consequence.
I would say, I am not as good as handling stress myself as I am at guiding others. Sorry.
Music. I play lots of music. Piano. Violin. Guitar. Hell, even the ukulele. Ill keep going until my fingers hurt or my arms are sore because it distracts my mind from the anguish within.
I eliminate it by solving, fixing, etc whatever is causing me stress then viola no more stress.
I have lots of sex. Takes my mind off of everything except what I’m doing.
I have stress every day of my life. I just grab the bull by the horns and deal with it. I'm not going to let it get me down
after trying all possible things i just think of the worst case scenario and accept the situation and just keep on trying without taking any stress
Do nothing. Chup chap baitho... Sab thik hai.
