Gonna be honest. Most of the Canadians I talk to are online and they seem kind of passive aggressive. Not that it's a bad thing it's just how they come off.
Moving right next to the border of Canada here in a few months so maybe I will feel differently living close/getting to know more of them in person

  Is the passive voice often used by them, grammatically speaking? Using the passive voice ain’t a bad thing, but my mum says it is a form of being passive-aggressive.

  I've been to Niagara Falls twice, and Toronto, Vancouver and Victoria once. But mostly my experience is with Canadians who live here in the winter.

  Im from Toronto and I can see that a lot of people think Canadians are nice but my observation is anywhere with a giant city, the people are usually dicks and antisocial. Most of the places I've been to in the states I was treated better because there wasn't that ego that comes from city life

  I was only in Toronto but two days but don't remember anyone being particularly rude. Almost all the people who live here in the winter are from British Columbia or Alberta, so they're mostly who I experience.
