What was the worst thing you've seen in the dark?

Just me doing my job, i've seen many... many things. From humans, to... no, seriously, what da hell is that? Know what I mean? Sooo... seen something in the dark that you couldn't explain until you turned on the light... or just said "Nope."?

A woman being trapped in her car because of a terrible car accident.

I drive on a dark road without any streetlights and all of a sudden I saw a car that was crashed into a tree at 20 meters distance from the road.

It was very dark outside and I couldn't see much so I decided to turn a arround to take a better look but I still couldn't see much.

The car looked abandoned but a voice inside me told me to stop and take a better look so I did.

I parked my car on the side of the road and walked towards the vehicle. The closer I came the more I realised the accident was pretty severe.
The tree was inside the area of the car where the motor should normally be. So it became obvious that the car wrapped itself arround the tree and the only thing I knew at that point was that the car hit the tree with a high speed.

I walked around the car to the window of the drivers side and I looked into the car and I see this girl sitting there in it completely covered in blood and trapped. My heart stopped for a moment and I instantly felt terrified because I didn't expect to find someone in there.

It felt like I was in some sort of horror movie or something and panic started to sink in. So I scraped myself together calling 911 ( in my country 112 ) and waited there until the ambulance,. police and fire department where are the scene. They ended up cutting her into pieces to be able to get her out and she survived the ordeal.

Never ever forget that shit anymore, that picture of her being trapped sitting their covered in blood is burned into my mind 🫣

Yes, I later found out that the people from the ambulance had told her that if I was there just 10 minutes later... She would have died from the amount of blood she had lost already. Luckely she survived 🙏

I was walking through a long underground tunnel in Okinawa and I came across a whole bunch of glittering somethings on the roof of the tunnel for the last 10 feet or so.


As I got closer I realised they were dinner plate sized spiders 🕷️. I tried to shrink into myself to get as far away from them as possible as I passed underneath them. Never again lol

Eh, it can be tough. But more likely scary because i have to hope that's its something I know of in the dark in the distance. But the worse is those people who are like me- we're ghosts. We can appear next you without a sound or any sense we are behind you.

if you did rounds like I did, it's a 12-13 minute walk. And it's not too dark until the lights go out. Then... well there's lights around the park but in some areas, they go off. So you can't see shi
