Mannnnnn, if thereās one thing I hate today, itās everyone giving their baby some ridiculous name. The celebrities are particularly bad, but I see it with regular folks too. Your baby is a dime a dozen like the rest of us, theyāre only special to you. Save that dumb shit for your dog or cat, lmfao, your baby will grow up one day, and Iāll tell you right now, if their name is āSapphireā or something, I will NOT take them seriously as an adult😂 I feel like a ālook-at-meā baby with a ālook-at-meā name born to ālook-at-meā parents has a high chance of turning out douchey, lmao
Rich celebrities'sometimes give their kids weird names, I think sometimes they do it for publicity. usually they have some connection with the celebrity. When I heard that James Taylor was going to have twin boys I told him he should name them Fire and Rain but he decided to go with something more traditional.
I'm sure you remember Frank Zappa's children's names and that was in the 70's. So naming your kids weird names is not a new invention.
Frank Zappa was a musician in the 70's and his legacy of children is an... interesting one.
We'll start with the oldest, a daughter named Moon Unit Zappa.
According to Frank's wife, Gail Zappa, Frank gave her the option between Moon and Motorhead, of which she chose Moon. They chose Unit because now having their first child, they were a family unit.
Moon has a daughter named Mathilda Plum Doucette.
Second, is Frank's son Dweezil Zappa, who was born Ian Donald Calvin Euclid Zappa. When Dweezil was born, the nurse refused to put "Dweezil" on his birth certificate. Frank began naming off the names of his fellow musicians and friends, and that's what was written instead. At age 5, Dweezil learned how the nurse refused the name Dweezil, and insisted upon legally changing his name to Dweezil.
The name Dweezil was originally a nickname Frank had made up for a twisted toenail of Gail's.
Dweezil has two daughters, Zola Frank Zappa, and Ceylon Indira Zappa.
Next up is Frank's third son, Ahmet Emuukha Rodann Zappa. Gail says that the name Ahmet was the name of an imaginary butler that was an inside joke of the family's. Rodan came from an imaginary giant pterodactyl from a Japanese film.
Ahmet has one daughter, named Halo Violetta Zappa.
Lastly is Frank's youngest daughter, Diva Muffin Zappa. Frank and Gail say Diva got her name due to being an extremely loud and noisy baby.
Diva has no children.
I would also like to add an honorable mention to their cousin, Lala Cassandra Sloatman, who has a daughter named Lula Henrietta.
I guess certain people think it's trendy. The school kids will be wondering if the teacher is talking about the student or the city.

no matter my thoughts of them personally, they have beautiful kids, the names however ehh cringe
A massive downgrade from their mom's physical beauty and family though.
Prior to that Kim has always been pretty. Goggle her younger self before she became famous.

I absolutely hate that our generation as a whole is currently using bizarre names as a trend because they want their child to have a different name from others. Itās repulsive and doesnāt have their kids feelings in their best interest
I believe it's mostly an American thing, because there you have almost no rules when it comes to naming children. Everything is allowed.
In my country name cannot be a diminutive, cannot be a common thing, cannot be a geographical name (like mountains, rivers, cities etc) and has to point out a gender. So you can't give such silly names. Celebrities here give names that I would say were popular in USA like 20/30 years ago.
I feel sorry for those kids... if they are ever in school (considering their parents' celebrity, they may be privately schooled by a tutor), kids will pick on them incessantly.
Some celebrities have lost contact with the real world.
Apart from the naming craziness, I pity children that have to grow up in such narcissistic, self-promoting households. They will probably all need therapy at one point.
I think their psychologists need to pump Haldol into their water supply.
Meh. It's not the name. I mean yeah they're unusual. But those kids are going to need years of therapy for so much more before you even get to the name. 😆😆😆
with that last one i know the illuminati is like
Well, they can't exactly call their kids Fred and Rose, can they?
Simples...
Psalm is ok. Other names are weird.
I don't know how can you name children after geographical names.
He's waiting in line at a doctor's office and the assistant calls for a patient, Chicago West and he gets up everyone looks at him like wtf. š
Donāt care honestly let him name his kids what he wants
To be honest I've heard of Mexican folks calling their kids Jesus, I know it doesn't sound like it's said in English but still.
Naming children like this is child abuse.
Both are loony bins
