If you are struggling with insomnia and waking up multiple times a night, there are some strategies you can try to help you get a better sleep. These include making sure your bedroom is dark, cool, and quiet, avoiding caffeine and alcohol close to bedtime, establishing a consistent bedtime routine, limiting naps and daytime sleep, and engaging in relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or guided meditation. Additionally, it may be beneficial to make sure you are physically active and getting enough exercise during the day, as well as addressing any underlying health issues that may be contributing to your insomnia.

I don't sleep, is how I deal with insomnia in all its varied forms.
I'm sorry to hear that you're a fellow sufferer.
My wife bought some tea for me called "Get Some ZZZs" from "Be Well Teas" company. It calls for using one tea bag, but I'll use three tea bags and every once in a while, it may help. I'm grateful when it does.
Good luck to you.

I can't have a sleeping pattern due to mine and my boyfriend's work schedule, so it's harder. We finish work at 3am sometimes and we have to have caffeine to get through the shifts :(
Lots of exercise helps.
