Nay, such matters of physical appearance hold little sway over my sentiments. They're saved for their potential impact on one's well-being.

And now, I must admit to a certain degree of selfishness, an inherent trait shared among all human beings, often obscured by our own perceptions! Yet, in this matter, I deem myself not selfish... For my genuine care lies with her physical health. It is not a mere desire for her to shed weight solely for the sake of aesthetics. The paramount goal is her healthful well-being; any aesthetic improvements are but a bonus if she deems it.

My fervent wish is for her to attain a state of objective wellness, leading to relief from chronic inflammation and serving as motivation for further pursuits of well-being. I believe that would improve her life very much. And that is my sole aim of my comment above. A constructive expression of love.
