What’s the one thing that people always misunderstand about you?

People always think I'm being serious and as a result, critical, rude and arrogant. I'll put my hand up to being arrogant, there's a list. Im arrogant and egotistical, but its usually just me joking around. Thats where the misunderstanding occurs. Im intelligent, so I overthink what I say. What is meant to be friendly or funny just gets misunderstood or goes over peoples heads, which leada them to think Im taking a shot or criticising them.

Sometimes, they don't get my humor. I've had times where it just goes over the head completely.

Just because I'm not paying attention doesn't mean I'm not listening.

I may be reading a book or be on my phone, but I also listen to those around me. I have heard people bullying me in school for being ugly, I haven't forgiven them.
