The woman was waiting tables and one of hte men attacked her. She blocks the attack and throat jabs the first man. Then the second man tried to tackle her and she thrust kicks him down. He then throws his chair at her, which she adeptly catches out of the air and kicks him away again. Three strikes vs two men and she won the fight.

Anyway, ladies, remember this video. If a guy is harassing you and touching you against your will especially if he starts punching and kicking at you, THROAT JAB not just groin kick. The throat jab dropped this guy like a house of cards.

For the uninformed, a thrust/push kick is the second fastest and second strongest forward-facing kick. Only a front snap kick is faster, and only a front roundhouse is stronger. For a trained brown or black belt woman, the thrust kick hits with about 2000foot-pounds of force, or about twice as strong as a professional boxer's right cross. Straight punches and straight kicks are faster and harder to block than circular attacks.

Sorry sir, anyone who has seen enough real professional fights can make out how fake and choreographed this is.
Also I would suggest girls to go for the nuts/balls rather than trying things in movies and fake videos
Sorry sir, this is a real self defense video and is not choreographed.
Real self defense instructors consider groin attacks to be "distracting strikes".
A successful throat jab will end any fight in one hit.
I was trained by ex-marines and I recommend the same thing they recommend, throat jab or palmheel to the nose.
I've been kicked in the balls before and it does not hurt as much as getting eye gouged or throat jabbed, and I know first hand it doesn't hurt as much as a broken nose hurts.
If you throat jab a person hard enough, they have about two minutes to live before they suffocate.
