Does anyone hate some dog owners?

They let their dogs jump and scratch people. I had an expensive jumper ripped by my colleagues dog and they didn't really care.

They really made me angry and I wanted to beat them up.

I hate irresponsible dog owners. The ones that don’t teach their dog a recall or can’t control their dog and then shout ‘s/he’s friendly’ at the owner of the other dog while having no idea if the dog they’re running up on is friendly or not. The ones that don’t do their due diligence in researching the breed they’re getting and then complain that it sheds, or barks or bites. The ones that get a dog that needs regular grooming like a doodle, and then complains when the groomer has to shave it down because they didn’t brush their dog and it matted. (Although I do enjoy pulling someone’s hair as a demonstration to what their dog feels when it’s got mats) The ones that humanize their dog and project human emotions as a cop out for their animals poor behaviour. And most of all I hate the ones that let their dog become obese and think it’s cute; and then when they see an ideal weight dog they complain that it’s too skinny meanwhile theirs is a walking ottoman. There’s more but I think I made my point.

What if a person ran up and started pawing you, sniffing and slobbering, and wrecked your clothes. That would be assault, right? Well I think it should be the same thing if their damn dog does it. You should be able to charge the person with assault.

The problem with many dog owners is, they love and adore their dog so much that they can imagine anyone else not thinking their dog is the cutest thing ever.
"Oh look, he likes you" as it sticks its nose in your crotch. "Sorry, he's just excitable" as it climbs on you and slobbers.

Some people can't leave the house without their dog.
And then there are people who let their dogs shit where ever and don't pick it up.

I like dogs that have been trained to calm, obedient and well behaved.

Don't get me wrong. I like dogs, just not necessarily other peoples dogs.

Not sure why some owners are so ignorant about the behavior of their dogs that jump up on people, their cars, (and scratch the door) and anything else their uncontrolled animal damaged. If that happened to me, I would ask them to pay for the damage their dog caused.

I do not cause there dog bad behavior but there behavior towards there dog and controlling them. My brother has two dogs and they always jump on me, nail me in the balls, bark loud, and sometimes bite me. My brother should not have dogs anyway because he too busy.

Teaching the dogs to be gaurd dogs are one thing. But not just to fight. Also using dogs as puppy mills are pos's.

Yes many dog owners are irresponsible. Sorry to say it but it's particularly with Pit bulls which are incredibly strong as a breed.
