This is a good question honestly. Provokes some thought, so way to go.

Crush- a brief but intense infatuation for someone, especially someone unattainable or inappropriate.

I do a lot of online dating, so honestly, I get a crush almost every other week, if want to say unattainable or inappropriate. I mean every other day online when comes to dating you meet some inappropriate or unattainable. Like you know it's never going to work out, but you just want to catch that lightening in a bottle and enjoy the ride for as long as possible, even when you know it's not going to work out. There is just something sexy as hell about it and you of course you hope your gut is wrong, but it seldom is. But its lots of fun.

If you what to focus on the words "Intense Infatuation"... well, I guess every few months or so. Intense is miss leading because what is intense to you? It varies right? I mean I am not a creep, or anything. I am not some type of stalker.

So, I guess the last time I had an intense crush was about 6 months ago. Dated a girl for four months and she was pretty awesome until things went south.

  Right I haven’t found a women who shares my values that under 40 I’m more of a traditionalist plus I’m poor so I doubt I’d get a women to date me either way.

Like never, I don’t rlly know what to define as a crush, I find it hard to find people I like in that way, I’ve been attracted to 2-3 people within a span of 3 years but it was easy to move on after a few weeks. So far maybe I’ve only had a crush on one guy, it was slightly hard to move on and stop liking him

  I once had it on a girl in college.. but gave up cause I can't obviously have her.. later she got a boyfriend in the final year

I don't mind it... you can state your opinion... you are right too... we talked a bit & really vibed that's why I can't forget... we never talk in person but with friends... but I know there are huge differences...
