And i mean JUST yelling and nothing further like breaking things or something.
If someone yells when angry they have 'anger issues'? Even if they are justified in feeling angry?

i always liked this one hehe
Hey, keep your voice down, you're typing too loud
@ShesRad80 I feel like you're giving me the death look when you keep adding the flag and x bones
Depends on if they yell at a person, in the company of people they know vs strangers, or if they’re just screaming somewhere alone.
ok which of those means they have anger issues?
If they yell at a person, whether it’s wordless yelling or just venting as if they’re the problem, that’s an anger issue. If it’s just primal screaming in the middle of nowhere, that’s a healthy expression of anger
Yelling when you are angry is a very poor way to express that anger.
But would you say they have anger issues by doing that?
They might just come out of cryogenic freezing.

I never yell at people.
But my anger is very destructive and wanting to be a good person, I have mastered to be very patient, avoiding being angry at all cost or trying to express my frustration to avoid bottling it up.
Or get away from people as soon as I notice getting angry.
Turn my aggression into something creative, less destructive and positive. I would hate to hurt someone.
I would rather hurt myself than hurt someone else.
That being said I am not usually exposed to the behavior that angers me. It’s an extremely rare occurrence.
I’ve talked to my therapist about it. She said, I just need to get away from people and spend time alone to rewind when I get angry.
Anything that's bad for you and your relationships - if it be romantic or otherwise is an issue. However yelling out of anger doesn't mean someone has anger issues.
No, only if they have reasons to yell and to be angry.
Everyone yells when they're angry. I don't know anyone that doesn't
No. Anger issues would be throwing a temper tantrum.
What am I supposed to do, talk in a normal manner while I’m pissed?
