How do you express your anger?

Usually through working out. But I will start yelling if other people do. I am willing to take it as far as someone is willing to go. It's why I prefer to isolate myself when I'm angry. Because I know that that beastly side of me will disregard all of my default values & will want to see the world burn when I'm in that state.

I am rarely angry. It's always somebody pushing me pretty hard into the red. So I let it out on the person that deserves it, who caused it. It usually involves me saying some pretty hateful things usually lol.

I only feel real anger once every 5 years, if that, but I usually keep it in when it happens.
