I’m used to just holding it in but recently it’s just came to a point where its just too much and I don’t want to yell and start fights.

Aggressive & explicit rap music helps me self-regulate extreme emotions while still allowing me to feel angry. Great for working out. Stuff like this:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/MBx0nfG-PmIhttps://www.youtube.com/embed/-o8zJM72y-shttps://www.youtube.com/embed/hPVqx5AX-sMAnger is a war that you wage against yourself.
I've heard from countless people over the years say that anger is healthy and normal and that you should aim to channel it... but from my own experiences that's wrong.
Frustration is normal and healthy, but anger is a sickness. Anger is a drug. It's an addiction of self-harm and mutilation.
Anger to me is the emotion that caused me to break both my wrists operating a manual stamp press while working one day and then continue to do it for the next 6 hours causing myself extreme pain each time I'd bring that heavy stamp down.
Channelling your anger is something you do because you ultimately have no choice.
You do it when the only other option is harming others; it's better to harm yourself. But learning how to function while indulging in an addiction should not be the goal.
What you need to do is learn why you're angry. And not the superficial reason like you're dad walking out on you or your mother choosing drugs over her children (as was my case), but the real fucking reason.
Get a therapist and find a solo sport in the mean time because it sounds to me like you're in for a long ride. I wish you all the best and hope like me, you one day figure your shit out, and that you manage to overcome your demons.
A good hard workout. Leave a puddle of sweat on the floor type workout.
