All over lol, sometimes on the bottom, other times at the top, sometimes at 10 and 2, and recently if I’m coasting or something I just cross my wrists on the top of the wheel

On one side, usually the left, unless I'm turning, of course. "10 and 2" is from a time before power steering, when you NEEDED both hands; that time is LONG gone.
