It will regenerate but sooner or later all the booze and drugs will catch up to you and even the toughest liver won't be able to come back. I always say that you don't need your brain as much as you think you do but you can't get too far without a liver.

It can regenerate fully in most cases if at least 51% of the liver is intact. However most things that cause liver damage, damage the entire liver biochemically, such as alcohol, bad diet, medications, heavy metals, toxins, etc.

Yes it does, you can chop a lot off and it'll grow back but not as quickly as Prometheus's liver.
