Should a single person have 2 dogs?

I wanted a dog, but didn’t have the time to give it the time and affection needed so I didn’t get one.

My old roommate had a dog and got her dog a dog to keep company, but she had a roommate like me who adores dogs and was on opposite shifts than her.

Ideally yes, 2 dogs is more work for you but it decreases the chances of your dog becoming depressed or lonely when you’re not around, or when you’re busy.
