Am I the only person who can't swim in the waters alone e. g rivers, beach?

I always need a person to be in the water with me this only occurs if the water is not clear. I can't swim by myself like my friends do. Its scary for me.

You have panick attack, the phobia of what "might be under water". If you can't see it clearly you start playing "scenarios" in your head like... Sharks, snakes, croccodiles, etc... and that makes you panicking about unclear water...

If your wild swimming it's just good sense to be with someone. Even in so called safe places there's always the possibility of something biting you.
