How often you clean your guns?

Every time I use it before I start. Two reasons: a stripped down firearm never shot anyone, and a clean firearm works more effectively.
After use I always clean the barrel with a pull-through as well.
Whenever I am done on the range and don't plan on shooting for a while. Otherwise I just take a bore snake to it and clean the barrel at the least if I plan on going again soon.
Clean them after hunting. And if they've been sitting a long time, BEFORE hunting. You remind me I have to buy a duck stamp and ask my cousin to go out with him!
I have never. I'm not really a gun girl, I let my husband do it when he's cleaning his.

After use. Once a month.
I keep a glock 17L& 19 in 9mm in a lock box in my bedroom. I've a mosseberg 500 12 gauge shotgun and an AR15 if the situation called for more firepower. I also gave my wife a ruger Ruger LCR in 9mm and I keep one for myself in my car.
I used to keep a ruger security six revolver in 9mm as my home defense weapon but the authorities didn't return it after I was forced to use it, im told it was destroyed. Used to have a mini 14 as well but got rid of it as whenever I too it to the range, it was always jamming.
Had toyed with thd idea of the beretta 92, m1911 or browning high power even some old police revolvers but settled on Glocks as they are cheap and will shoot all day without jamming, they might not be as good as the SIGs and HKs but cost effective. Had also thought about a light weight carbine or semi auto sub like the keltec 2000, Ruger PC, high point carbine or p90.
I have other guns but they aren't for home defence.
After every use, and for work guns, once every two weeks no matter what, before inspections, and any deployment. Also, when used in the rain, they get a full disassembly cleaning.
The ARs are cleaned once a month and after use.
The shotgun I honestly don't even bother. I normally wouldn't clean the Mosin but its a pre-war antique from the 1930's so that thing stays spotless.
That's all I do everyday
Dismantle it , Clean it , Assemble it, Repeat... while smoking a stogie
(kidding)
After use, but it’s probably not enough. Should probably be cleaned and oiled at least once a year regardless of use.
It used to be weekly now its closer to annually.
A few times a week or maybe more if I am really horny that week.
Oh wait! THAT kind of gun? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
When I lived in America every-time after I'd been to the range (3 times a week) and a daily check, not necessarily a cleaning but a function test.
I usually clean them after I go to the range which is usually once a month or more.
I don’t own any guns but I also don’t live in the USA
I don't live in a country full of cowards that need guns.
No, you live in a country full of cowards that HIDES BEHIND one full of "cowards" who need guns. An important distinction.
Tell that to the Israelis and Ukrainians. I think it’s less about bravery and more about living in a very sheltered place. But the world is changing rapidly. It’s likely to get much worse for the average person before it gets better.
What makes gun ownership cowardly?
Is this a sex question, with "guns" being a metaphor?
I have never cleaned my gun. Didn't see much point since I don't own or use any.
Never have and never will.
No, we don't need guns in the uk
You'll regret that mistake some day when you need one to save your life.
@RingOfFire haha. Please re-read what I said. WE DO NOT NEED GUNS!. Therfore, I won't need one to save my life. This is not a violent country. We can send our kids too school safely over here. You Americans are so ignorant it's funny
I would rather be ignorant than stupid.
@RingOfFire well you're both
around every 20 years...
Twice a year and after each use.
I do not have.
I have at least one shower each day.
After I go to the range.
