Trying to clear my head in a long hot shower usually works well for me.
The key is to clear your head with SOMETHING.
Some people do breathing exercises, some people go for a hard run, some people go for a long walk.
You gotta find out what works best for you though.
Depends on the situation. But usually I stim. I’ll make up songs, make weird noise etc
Other ways is I’ll listen to music, play a video game or listen to a podcast
I stay busy to keep my mind off of it. The only fault of thay plan is dead time, like going to bed

Usually workout more. It's a way of venting through your body. Hit and kick the punching bag down in the gym.
