No they’re not miniature. And I wouldn’t want a farm animal in my home. If I had land I would consider raising pigs but for food not pets
I don't think I would like to deal with a 300 pounds pet... lol
some miniature pigs can grow up to a bit over 300 pounds as adults...
farm pigs do go up to 700 pounds or so
and acquaintance had a couple of miniature pigs, but they did stay mini-sized for just 8 months or so... lol
then they reached adulthood

Maybe if I lived on a farm, but my neighborhood us not a place for a pig.
My father would adopt it. Then later he would end up in the freezer in little white packages.
Miniature pigs usually weigh between 50 and 200 pounds when they reach adulthood. Not very miniature.
Sure i will make it fat and in a few months make some delicious Italian sausage yummy!!
There is no such thing as a miniature pig, they always will grow up to be a full-size hog.
I'd rather have a dog or cat. I guess I'm pretty basic.
