I overthink sometimes, yes.. but I've gotten used to it and I can control it
I just learned to deal with it and not let it stop me from action, especially with very much needed action and decision

i have ocd, so the question is, what do you think?
I overthink here and there but not often enough to say Iβm an overthinker. My brain never rlly thinks about scenarios or stuff people said/did, if I by chance do itβs usually during nighttime when Iβm not doing anything

I used to. And I had a lack of magnesium
I take magnesium glycinate and its calmed me down lol
