Are you overthink sometimes?

I try not to. However, I only view something as overthinking if the thoughts exceed a defined purpose/objective goal. The purpose can be many things. The goal could be constrained by time frame, outcome, methods of implementation, etc. And if there is no clearly defined goal or purpose, then I think away. Even if it means right into an existential crisis. 🤣

I have this impression that this platform is bound to attract people accustomed to overthink, in any sense possible of the term. It does not only attract them, I think it is also, accidentally, made to enforce this behavior.
