If you could add some more emojis - what would they be of or look like?

I like using emojis 🙂, but sometimes I need to use one, and they don't have one for that. I was looking for an American nurse with a white nurse's hat, but couldn't find one. There were more, but I don't want to make this too long.

Used to be the one from Skype that was ROFL but they "couldn't" implemented in the new Android/iPhone's.

I think you can add an app for more different emojis, there probably is some I would like that they don’t have but don’t remember what they were

You can't see it on here because it's too small, but on the medical symbol there is a snake twisted throughout the symbol.
After my son had his emergency open heart surgery and we went home, I bought him a medical chain-like bracelet with the medical symbol on one side, and the other side said heart patient. So if something happened to him, people would be aware.
He wore it for a day or two, then he noticed the snake and started screaming for me "Get it off me, get it off me, it's evil, it has a snake on it".
So, I took it off and he never wore it again. So I always worried, and still do that if something happens to him, and don't know he's a heart patient they could do some severe harm to help m, like with chest compressions or medications he cannot have.
Just thought I'd share a human life story with you; something to read that's not about sex. 😎
