Funny enough, I started doing pose 6 as teenager because I disliked touching the toilet seat with my butt and I learned that squatting is the natural posture for elimination of waste.

I really want to invest in one of those Japanese floor toilets, because the whole "sitting on a throne" thing is so unhealthy for your body.

#1. If you want a laugh, search for images of 和式トイレ. This is an old style Japanese toilet. They still exist, but are becoming rarer every year. I hate when these are the only toilets around. Don't ask me how to use them. I never got the hang of it.
