The gum. UGHHH! Spider is doing its job, the best he/she can in our fabricated world. There's no malice or a bad habits being formed by the spider. To put my hand or any part of me on a piece of ABC Gum is absolutely disgusting. Since I already touched it, I may be inclined to fully remove it, and then go wash and sanitize my hands. It would gross me out though.
