Implementing my idea for the education system, I already have it all worked out and its going to change the world when I do. Second of all ill set democratic goals but with the understanding not all nations are ready for them. Nations with conflicting cultures that do not see eye to eye will either get restructured if need be so that the conflicts are eliminated (Think Belgium splitting up and those individual parts getting a vote if they wish to remain independent or merge with france / the netherlands) and nations with harmonic cultures will get new democratic tools so they are properly shielded against corruption (Even though highly polarized I do think the US would be ready for that as well since they still mostly agree on the same western values).

Now the remaining countries that could not be re-ordered nor are ready for a democracy will be subject to stricter ruling they are used to and harmonization propaganda to gradually fade them into becoming a democracy. They will get progressively more democratic rights as they become ready for them.

My rule would also enforce a strict global mandate that important decisions are taken on a regional level, harmonizing the entire world is not going to be possible and doing so would cause massive damage to the world since one mistake would have to much impact. So each regions desires and culture is respected as much as possible and enforced trough their own democratic rights.

By the end of my run ideally I have collapsed my world reign to functional regional countries where the people actually have a say and are economies of highly trained experts without any student debts.

animal or child abuse= sentence to death

man are allowed to have mutliple wives (no such thing for girls but they can have wives if they want)

no animony for anyone during divorce

fighting isnot a crime as long as no one dies or gets crippled

everyone has to go through a serious case of physicological check ups if they even want to date someone let alone marry or have a child.

everyone will have their own sex robot for the persons who arenot allowed to date or marry.

abortion is not just womans decision

patriarchy will rule full force feminism will be a crime.

even unemployeed people will have at least a low quality house and car.

sex outside of marriage will be banned, cheating will be sentenced with death

if a woman is married before and wants to marry again the new candidate should be aware of everything she did (sexual or not) at her past marriage (s)

guys who shares their woman will be executted, the one who isthe outsider will be castrated and the woman who slept with another guy will also be executted.

if there is kidsin the divorced relationships fathers can have the custody of childs but if there is a boy the custody belongs to father.

abusers of powers in the workplaces will be fired on the spot.

every person will be watched outside their house. for not risking any abuse or such things even dark alleyways will be watched 7/24.

if there is a fight outside no one will be allowed to interfere until 1 of them is on the ground, only 2 people can fight more than 2 is crime.

no one can carry a gun aside from cops.

Launch ALL the nukes at the middle east... just carpet-nuking the entire region from Egypt across to the edge of Iran... and strongly suggest that any and all refugees should be shot on sight.

Anyway, after that, dismantle all legal framework. Make everything legal... though some things like religion, fried chicken and contact lenses should be strongly discouraged on pain of ultraviolence. All armies and police forces should be disbanded. All attempts to reform government should be regarded as target-rich environments.
I presume past this point it would basically go full Mad Max... and I'm okay with that.

I would change the economic system to pay more for manual labour than academic labour. That way people would use their youth while they are fit to amass great fortune while also provide the labour necessary for housing the population, keep it fed, warm and comfortable. Later on in life some may decide to study in order to stay relevant as their bodies fail them. That way everyone will have made themselves useful as labour and many will try to work for as long as they can as it pays more.

I see this as the only real solution to socioeconomic injustices and a way to provide the necessary foundation for a functional society.

An agenda to Respect religion, making it illegal to push agendas on children without my consent and I'm changing the justice system completely, I'll bring back cruel executions, I'll higher medically diagnosed psychopaths as executioners, lowering them on the streets and their urges are put to use for the law, punishment depends on the crime, and it can go from simple jail time to a brutal execution, fear will lower crime rates, I just know it
