What are your thoughts on this situation?

I went out for a walk in the pouring rain to the track field did a few pull-ups & started walking the track. A quarter of the way around the track I noticed a black suv pull to the side the fat white guy inside wearing a red sweatshirt was staring at me & the people on the track a few adults in their 60s including the teenagers & underage kids that were on the field. He stood there in his black suv for several minutes before driving off to the right side of the field doing the same thing then to the front of the field for several more minutes before driving off. He made a second checkout of the place and at that point w/ him gawking at me the other few adults on the field the other teens & underage kids on the field I was getting pissed off I slightly pulled my brass knuckles out indicating giving him a warning of sorts to get the f out of here if be knew what was good for him. He did the same thing as before stopping for several minutes staring at the teens & myself & underage kids on the field. Only one adult male in his 60s was on the field left playing football w/ his underage stepson. The fat white guy in the red sweatshirt circled around the track field a third time there was only me & two other people left on the field the old guy in his 60s w/ his step son. He stopped his suv to gawk more at the kid on the field tried gawking at me & the old guy. At this point I got pissed i had it w/ the guy. I walk up to the sidewalk enough for him to see my brass knuckles but not close enough in case he had a weapon in his vehicle (which he probably did). I told him he wants to try any shit then come & get it with my brass knuckles held high enough for him to see. After the third time the guy stops at the front of the track field when he thinks I'm leaving he starts to drive off slowly. I go back on to the field to warn the old guy & his step son about the fat white guy in the red sweatshirt in the black suv. The old 60 year old was totally oblivious that someone was

casing the track field out told him to keep his eyes open & be on the look out after telling him how the guy circled around three times staring at everyone including the minors & myself on the track field I proceeded to the nearest crowded area a supermarket in case I was being followed. On the way going to the supermarket I saw a black suv w/ a guy in a red sweatshirt. I couldnt be sure if it was the same guy since the distance from where I was on the field & where he was had a good amount of

yards between us. I got to the supermarket contacted the EXTREMELY USELESS police who said there is nothing illegal about a grown ass man in a black suv circling a track field 3x times looking at teenagers & minors underage kids. At that point I lost it on the USELESS dispatch & told him to send someone out to patrol that area for the guy. He reluctantly sent someone out. At that point I stood in the supermarket a bit longer & went back to my relative apartment

Status Update: The kidnapper got caught and arrested.. I saw on the news this morning at 6am the kidnapper kidnapped his 15 year old son & led state troopers on a wild goose chase across multiple states. He crashed his black suv (grand jeep Cherokee) into a tree and the vehicle had to be towed. His son got taken to a children's hospital and the kidnapper got arrested. He had psychological issues. He thought his son died and was replaced with an ai robot he told state police. He was arrested and

Taken to a psych facility for mental evaluation. Lesson always listen to your gut instincts when it comes to situations like these
